Anyways, Los Angeles has been a GREAT place to be.  The city is filled with so much energy and the arts are all around.  I have really been able to explore the city and ideas of what my next move will be.

I have realized in the short time I have been here that the world has so many options and we have the power within us to take on what we choose.

the problem I have is choosing….

Well my Bday is this week and I think she wanted to tell me Happy Birthday, that is why I picked the random book, that is why she wrote the message she did.

The book , the message, Her-JADE touched my life yesterday in a time of need. A time that I needed to be reminded that success will take continuous time and perseverance. A time that I was lonely and missing my friends who are all over the world. A time that I missed having my best friend around, the woman who knew me for who I was and nothing else.

The energy found me in my time of need, just like it may find you.

The key is being open minded enough to realize when energy has found you and embrace that moment!

Thank you for reading and open your mind to what you always thought was impossible and make it real!

So funny, this was all there before my big move across the country. I have reached the days where I miss my days and connections on the East Coast and the West Coast has proven that it will continue to put up a fight and challenge me.

So, young and dumb corporate America… here I come! I have been in this world for 4 years now and I am just beginning to fully understand. I am the type of person to roll with the punches in the workplace and just go with the flow…. constant changes.. ruffled directions and everything in between, I have been INVESTED. A little has to do with being ‘young and dumb’ right?

Well long story short, as in many of my jobs I excelled to the top. Becoming a leader that was being held back. I decided to maintain the stability of corporate america, but start my own business doing whatever I wanted. That is when I joined the networks NuSkin and Trump Network. And when I started Tara Bre Artistry.
You see I have a drive instilled in me and corporate America has taken it away from me. It tries to create complacent behavior in it’s followers. So I had to break out and create something new…get out of the dark hole of mediocracy. So, I left the town I knew and kept with corporate America in a new area… just to find out that it is still corporate America… life really won’t change until I depart.

Explain why 10 people make one decision? Why is there so much red tape for small tasks and tasks take so long to implement? Sometimes practices make no sense and the latest…. can you guess!! it is the best of the best of corporate America!!!
*drum roll please!!!** MICRO MANAGING!!!! LOL… I love how a manager may act superior when they know damn well, you could do their job… Is it an ego, your threat, the bet or just a game to enjoy the fame? I don’t know, but playing the game is wasting valuable time.

Time that will pay off with money slooooowly! Doing multiple businesses or your own company is the way to go. Or else corporate America will be the death of you…. which trust me it is for some people.. I have family members that are best in that role, their goals are different than mine, our needs differentiate and it works perfect for them.

I am different, I am a leader….. what are you?

My point is that we must always pick ourselves back up and keep trying, keep pushing, keep chasing, keep LIVING.

I truly believe these obstacles we face are all challenges for each of us to overcome, they are all tests of our strength and tests of our weaknesses. How we react contributes to the person that we are. At the end of the day, there is not much besides weak or strong, winners and losers, I mean is there ever REALLY anything in between???

Not really, you either do or you don’t, right??? In between is for the undecided.

So no matter what struggle you are facing, have faced, or will soon face….. STAY STRONG! Show the universe that you will still keep on pushing, making changes to better your circumstances and never stop pushing for the life you desire.

As I always say, we shape our lives… yet obstacles will always arise, so how do you what your life to be, stuck on the obstacle or proud to have moved on from it.

I cannot believe the natural disasters we are experiencing this year. Earthquakes, Tsunamis, etc….. I am anticipating what is in store for FL this year and the hurricanes. Let’s hope that all is safe.

If you know anyone that has been [art of these disasters, I truly send my sympathy! I hope that you and your family are able to stay strong through all of this and may our prayers be with you.

If you are like me and watching these tragedies from afar. Take a minute to think of these families and people, send positive energy and strength to them through thoughts!

Finding the balance is crucial between the two. I am so happy to have read this book as it has given me ideas and knowledge to take with me on this life journey.

If you get a chance read this book. I will talk more about it this week…. as it is a great tool I will continuously use…

I like to keep it moving and I used to feel like eating slowed me down.  Now I just plan better.  I spend time cutting up fresh fruits and veggies and pack them to go…. I love feeling energized and I almost feel the fat burning….

Too often to I listen to others complain about the life they live the lack of money they have, the struggles they face… why 90% of the time, it is all things they can change.

Yet the change isn’t always easy and will take hard work…. which is why people would rather complain……. but, the end factor would be a favorable one, right???

I don’t know, maybe I think like an alien… maybe others do…. but in my mind, we create our lives and the way we feel……. if we have the power, why not change the things we do not like and create what we do like???

And I know, I know that we cannot control everything and “stuff” happens…. so please do not take me as nieve….. but really…… think of how much we can control…..

Just some thoughts I had today as I have been philosophizing all day today… ahahhaha… sometimes I think I have too much energy and ideas for my own good!!

Since I have recently relocated to Los Angeles from Florida, I am uber excited to venture into new things and meet new people.

There is so much to do around this city and this state. Please share your favorite things to do in CA or the MUSTS that I have to do while living out here…..

YET, never stop thinking about taking yourself to the next level, the world is filled with opportunity. This weekend you could run into one that fits ‘you’, always be prepared!!!!

I especially like to diversify my work. Even in college I had 3 part time jobs, then college and a social life. Socially, I have always hung out with all types of people. I like to hang with the partiers, the studious professionals, the techy dorks, the cool ‘mean girls’ and everyone in between.

I feel this early diversification has helped mold me to who I am today and taught me how to survive anytime and everywhere.

I am a marketing professional in the insurance industry full time and I learned that doing what you love does not always pay the bills or in my case it pays the bills, but not my champagne lifestyle…..lol…

So, I joined network. MLM companies to diversify my funds and earn extra money. I decided to sell the business portion of it to anyone that wanted another outlet, yet many people join for the product distribution, as the products are phenomenal

Both of my networks bring in extra money for me and I get to keep the job I LOVE without worrying about what I can and cannot spend. I have to say Life is Good!!!

I can’t say I can buy condos and vacation every week, YET… but I will one day to get there…..

So, the conclusion of this is diversify yourself!! Don’t put all your eggs in one basket, because the basket could burst, then you could, if you already are not, be one of the individuals in our country without a job and no luck to get another one as unemployment is at a high peak at this point..

I read somewhere that our national average for unemployment is 9.7%, THAT IS INSANE!!!!!!!

Please diversify yourself…. pick up the hobby that you love and learn how to make money doing it, join a network that allows you to make extra $$, or choose something else GREAT to make money, for the just in case or the millions.

Whatever you do, don’t have all your eggs in one basket unless you can honestly say, “Tara, I know I have job security and financial security forever” Then I will say, “Great, I am moving in!!!! ” ahahahahahaha… But, really if you have it like that, you are truly blessed!
